By accessing our site or making a purchase, you’re agreeing to these terms faster than a cowboy can rope a calf.

Cowgirl Edge Sales is a purveyor of quality western wear, offering everything from tops to boots (metaphorically speaking – we don’t actually sell boots… yet). Our goods are available to folks worldwide, except in some parts of Asia and remote areas where our stagecoach doesn’t run.

2. Saddle Up: User Responsibilities

When you ride into our territory, we expect you to:

• Provide accurate information when creating an account or making purchases (no tall tales, please)
• Keep your login details more secure than a bank vault
• Use our site for lawful purposes only (this ain’t the Wild West)
• Be at least 18 years old to make purchases
• Understand that all purchases are for personal use unless we’ve shaken hands on a separate agreement

• Items are subject to availability – sometimes things sell out faster than hotcakes at a chuckwagon breakfast

4. Making a Purchase: Orders & Payments

4.1 Placing an Order

When you’re ready to buy:

1. Add items to your cart (no limit, but don’t go cleaning us out now)
2. Proceed to checkout faster than a jackrabbit
3. Provide accurate shipping info (we can’t deliver to “the big red barn near the creek”)
4. Review your order carefully – once it’s placed, it’s harder to change than a mule’s mind

5. Shipping & Delivery

5.1 Processing Time

We’ll get your order ready to ship in 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). We work faster than a cowboy at a chili cookoff when we’re hungry.

5.2 Shipping Options

Choose your ride:

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 days after shipping)
• Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 days after shipping)

5.3 Delivery Areas

We ship worldwide except to some parts of Asia and remote areas where the postal service fears to tread. If you’re unsure about your location, just holler at us at [email protected].

6. Returns & Exchanges

6.1 Return Policy

We want you happier than a pig in mud with your purchase. If something’s not right:

• Returns accepted within 15 days of delivery
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached
• Original packaging required
• Important: For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on bottoms (jeans, pants, shorts) if the hygiene liner is removed or shows wear

6.2 How to Return

3. Pack items securely in original packaging

6.3 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return (3-5 business days), we’ll process your refund:

• Refund method: Original payment
• Timing: 5-10 business days after processing
• Amount: Purchase price minus shipping (unless it’s our mistake)

Everything on our site – from the designs to the text – is ours or used with permission. You can’t use our content without asking first, just like you wouldn’t borrow a cowboy’s hat without permission. Our brand name, logo, and all related names are trademarks that belong to us.

• Delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or acts of nature
