Shipping Information
Howdy partner! At Cowgirl Edge Sales, we aim to get your western wear to you faster than a mustang at full gallop. Here’s how we handle shipping:
Order Processing:
We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey to your doorstep.
Shipping Areas:
We ship worldwide (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia). If you’re unsure whether we deliver to your location, just give our customer service wranglers a holler at [email protected].
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be as satisfied with your purchase as a cowboy is with his trusty steed. If something’s not quite right, we’ve got a straightforward returns process.
Our Return Policy:
- Returns accepted within 15 days of receiving your order
- Items must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached)
- Must include original packaging and proof of purchase
- Important Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on bottoms (including jeans, pants, and shorts) that have had their hygiene liners removed or show signs of wear.
How to Return or Exchange:
- Contact our customer service at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
- Fill out our Returns & Exchanges form (template provided below)
- Pack items securely in original packaging

Return Shipping:
You’re responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service – we wouldn’t want your return getting lost on the trail!
Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect your return (usually within 3-5 business days), we’ll process your refund faster than a jackrabbit on a hot griddle:
- Refund method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Timing: 5-10 business days after we process your return (depending on your bank)
- Amount: Original purchase price minus any shipping costs (unless the return is our mistake)
Exchanges:
Want to swap for a different size or style? Just follow the return process above and include a note about what you’d like instead. If the exchange item costs more, we’ll invoice you for the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your western wear arrived damaged or wasn’t what you ordered, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll make it right faster than you can say “yeehaw” – either by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund, including return shipping costs.
