Our Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of you receiving your order. All returned items must be:

  • In their original condition (unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached)
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Yeehaw Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on bottoms (including jeans, pants, and shorts) that have had their hygiene liners removed or show signs of wear.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these steps quicker than a calf roper at the rodeo:

  2. Fill out our Returns & Exchanges form (template provided below)
  3. Pack your items securely in the original packaging
  4. Ship your return to our corral at the address below

Return Shipping

You’re responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service – we wouldn’t want your return getting lost on the trail!

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return (usually within 3-5 business days), we’ll process your refund faster than a jackrabbit on a hot griddle:

  • Refund method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Timing: 5-10 business days after we process your return (depending on your bank)
  • Amount: Original purchase price minus any shipping costs (unless the return is our mistake)

Exchanges

Want to swap for a different size or style? Just follow the return process above and include a note about what you’d like instead. If the exchange item costs more, we’ll invoice you for the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
