Do you offer free shipping?
Yes indeed! Orders over $50 qualify for our free Trail Ride Shipping via EMS. For orders under $50 or when you need your western wear faster, our Express Rider Service is available for $12.95. Pro tip: Combine orders with your cowgirl crew to hit that $50 threshold!
Can I track my package?
Absolutely! Once your order ships (within 1-2 business days), we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow your contemporary western styles on their journey from our Dallas headquarters to your closet.
Returns & Exchanges
What’s your return policy?
We stand behind every stitch of our premium denim and western-inspired designs. If your order doesn’t fit just right, you’ve got 15 days after delivery to initiate a return – no questions asked, just honest western hospitality. Items must be unworn with tags attached.
How do I return an item?
Simply email our customer service wranglers at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and which items you’re returning. We’ll provide return instructions and a prepaid shipping label if applicable. Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive your return.
